Only 1 min to the bus stop and Aldi. 5mins to Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, 15mins to Edinburgh uni central campus, 5mins to King's Buildings, 20mins to Princes Street by bus. Driveway available if you have cars.

Bedroom 1【available till 1st of Sep】: double - king size bed (brand new bed and matress).
rent - £650/month

Bedroom 2【taken】: double - king size bed (brand new bed and matress)
rent - £650/month

Bedroom 3【taken】: single.
rent - £450/month

For long-term renting, council tax (Band C) and WiFi are INCLUDED in the rent, EXCLUDING utilies (EPC C with central heating), which would be around £50 /person/month. Deposit is one month rent. Sorry but couples are not accepted.

For short-term renting (less than 1 month), all bills included, couple accepted. But long-term renting preferred.

I got my own bathroom in my room, so the upstairs bathroom would be shared by 3 persons.
