Room available in quiet Marchmont flatshare

We have a lovely spacious double room available from October 1st in our 4 bedroom flat on Marchmont Road and another room will become available from the 7th November.

It's a very peaceful home. We are a friendly bunch with a great relationship and open communication, spending time together in the kitchen at mealtimes for a chat, but also very respectful of everyone's space and time. With demanding full time jobs home is where we wind down and recharge.

We are looking for someone likeminded that would appreciate joining a quiet, considerate and mature household.

Professionals preferred, mature students are ok if you're happy paying a share of the council tax. (Band E).

It is a strictly non-smoking flat and we have no pets. We don't have a living room but we do have a large kitchen. The bathroom has a shower over bath. There is a communal garden out the back.

We have a cleaning rota, maintain and keep the communal spaces tidy through the week and share the bills. Bills are approximately £120 per month per person. We are looking for someone equally tidy, responsible and happy to contribute to maintain the spaces.

Ideally someone looking to stay long term. No couples, sorry.

Move in date would be October 1st for the first room and November the 7th for the second.
