I am a 25 year old male professional, looking for a new flatmate at a similar stage in life who might be employed or still studying. The room is in a two-bedroom third floor flat just off the Royal Mile, and less than 5 minutes from Waverley Station. The flat is fully furnished, and bedlinen and towels can be provided if you need them.

Utilities come to ~£60 each per month, and council tax is band C so £80 each (if you’re liable to pay it).
