This room suits somebody who will be in Edinburgh for a maximum of 3 months and who'd enjoy living in a Victorian house with plenty of character, only 15-20 from central Edinburgh.

Please note the rent is non-negotiable.

This beautiful bedroom is on the top floor with an outlook over the leafy street and bowling green. It's fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, a comfy sofa, and a standing-desk and chair. The recently remodelled bathroom is next door and includes a Bluetooth Jacuzzi and separate shower. You'd be sharing this bathroom and the small, fully equipped kitchen on that floor with one other female housemate.

The kitchen contains a two hob induction cooker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and plenty of space to store food etc. I supply all the dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, utensils, etc.

The shared spaces in the house include the ground floor snut/TV room, the open-plan dining room, and the ground floor kitchen (for cuppas and chit-chat, as you'll be cooking your meals in your upstairs kitchen.)
