I’m looking for a tidy, friendly female tenant to rent the spare room in my newly renovated flat overlooking Granton Harbour marina. The room comes with exclusive use of the main bathroom, as I have my own ensuite.

📅 Availability:
10th April – 30th May (flexible 1 or 2 month let)

💷 Rent:
All bills included (utilities, Wi-Fi, council tax)

🚍 Location & Transport:
Fantastic location with beautiful marina views. There’s a bus route just outside the building, and it’s only 15 minutes to Edinburgh city centre.

Bright, comfortable double room

Your own bathroom

👋 About Me:
I’m active (running, tennis, cycling), tidy, clean, and work from home full-time. For that reason, I’d prefer someone who isn’t working from home full-time.
