Looking for someone to rent one of my rooms on a short term basis. Long term will be considered. Would also consider Mon-Fri let. There is no common area so therefore the kitchen (large size) would be the place to hang out. Your room will come furnished. Bills and council tax are included and the council tax band is D.

I have two very friendly social cats so you must be a genuine cat person and must be willing to allow them in your space as they are mostly indoors. Sometimes they do spend their time outside in the back garden when allowed.

Professionals and mature students over 30 and above preferred. Non-smokers only (This includes all sorts of smoking or drugs).

My flat is located in Shandon and close to all the amenities. I am only 2 mins away from the union canal. There are some lovely trails nearby such as Craiglockhart hill and Colinton. Great for those who like to be active. The town centre is also easily accessible from my place. It’s about 10 mins on the bus or 25 mins by walk. Bus routes - 4, 44, 34, 35, 38, 10 and 27.

A bit about myself : I’m a social person so happy to hang out and take part in activities. I’m into running, walking, hiking, pilates, yoga, dancing, movie nights and having conversations over the dinner table.
