Room overlooking garden

Recently decorated, quiet room available from 25th July.

The room:
Single bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat
The room has a large, built in wardrobe, new mattress, bed, newly carpeted floor. The room comes with the desk and a chair (not the ones on the photos). New curtains (not on pics).
Modest sized, clean shared kitchen and bathroom. All bills are included with reasonable usage (broadband, gas, electricity, council tax).

The flat:
2nd floor flat, new carpets fitted in July in the hall and lounge, warm in the winter. Other residents in the building are super nice. Flat share with 2 males working in nursing. I am a live-in landlord and will probably spend most of my time watching films or listening to music in my room or the living room. Our other flatmate is a super nice young guy, tidy, sociable, and tends to come home to relax. We sometimes keep to ourselves due to busy schedules but also make a good team as a flat and try do something fun together every so often.

The area:
3-minute walk to shops and bus stops, GP, amenities. 20 minutes on the bus to town. Cameron toll and Fort Kinnaird are also in good proximity with gyms and shops. The Royal Infirmary is walking distance.

Me:
I'm 27, I like films, music, the gym, coffee, art, cooking.
