Room overlooking garden

Recently decorated, quiet room available from 3rd February.

The room:
Single bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat
The room has a large, built in wardrobe, new mattress, bed, newly carpeted floor. The room doesn't come with the desk or the chair on the photos. New curtains (not on pics) and you are welcome to hang your own pictures etc.
Modest sized shared kitchen and bathroom. All bills are included with reasonable usage (broadband, gas, electricity, council tax).

The flat:
Top floor flat located in a family-centred area. Other residents in the building are super nice, not a student building, quiet. Flat share with 2 males working in nursing. I am a live-in landlord and will probably spend most of my time watching films or listening to music in my room. Our other flatmate is a super nice young man, tidy, respectful, and tends to come home to relax. We tend to keep to ourselves due to busy schedules but also make a good team as a flat and try do something fun together at times.

The area:
3-minute walk to shops and bus stops. 20 minutes on the bus to town. Cameron toll and Fort Kinnaird are also in good proximity with gyms and shops. The Royal Infirmary is walking distance.

Me:
I'm 26, I like films, music, the gym, coffee, art, cooking simple food.
