I am a 21 year old Female old looking to start a new career after leaving University.
I am looking for a young female flatmate to move in from August.
Fully furnished double bedroom available for rent in a bright and spacious flat in Edinburgh.
The flat is fully furnished with a shower and bath. A large airy sitting room and Kitchen.
The Spare room contains a double bed, a new mattress, a cupboard, a chest of drawers and a desk.
20 minute walk to Gyle shopping centre.
10 minute walk to tram and train stop and multiple bus routes very close by.
Short walk to local LIDL and Tesco.

Double bedroom available for £700/month (excluding bills)

- Able to stay long term, ideally 9 months or longer and make it a real HOME
