Double room with own bathroom

Front bedroom

The room has probably been taken subject to written confirmation and contract (30th Sept).
Large room in 1st floor flat in Central location just north of the Meadows. This is my home, but I will be away for most of the time from the end if October. I am looking for a considerate person who will treat the flat with respect. Probably most suitable for a post grad student or for someone on assignment. Spanish speakers particularly welcome.
If I'm there, share large kitchen and sitting room (not minimalist). The length of stay could be extended beyond January if both parties were happy sharing! I would consider a couple (but at a revised price) or possibly another person in the other spare bedroom.
