The prices includes all bills with a minimum stay of 2-3 months.

The flat hosts a maximum of 5 people, usually 3-4. There is one en-suite room and the other 3 rooms share 1 full bathroom and a shower and a spare WC. The main shower is very good.

The communal kitchen has mostly Bosch appliances including dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave plus a Miele washing machine.

A cleaner comes in once a week to do the communal areas.
Bedding and towels are included.

The flat has 910Mb broadband over a MESH wifi network which is the same robust system I have in my home. I live 10 minutes walk away and visit several times a week to ensure everything is as it should be.

It's a quiet flat whose residents are respectful and considerate of each other and the neighbours.
