Room near Saughton Park - SUBLET Oct till Jan/Feb

A warm, well-located home base for four/five months — ideally taken for the whole period, but shorter periods would be considered.

I'm heading off on travels and subletting my room from early October through the end of February. I'm looking for one person to take it for the full five months.

You'll be sharing with my lovely flatmate, so ideally you're a friendly, considerate person who's easy to live with.

THE ROOM: Bright furnished double with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and bedside table. South-facing private garden access, 1 minute walk from Saughton Park.

THE HOUSE: Quiet and sunny with gas central heating, a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine) and a lovely shared south-facing garden.
Getting around: 5 minutes to Gorgie Road buses, 10 minutes to Balgreen tram — airport and city centre both around 20–25 min away (15 min by bike). Free street parking on the street.

A BONUS FOR RUGBY FANS: Murrayfield Stadium is a 20-minute walk.

ON YOUR DOORSTEP: Asda (24/7), M&S, Aldi and Tesco Express all within 5–10 minutes. Lift gym and Pure Gym right next door.
