We are 3 professionals in our 30s looking for a 4th person to fill a newly-vacant room in an HMO. We are open and friendly, and value a calm, clean home atmosphere which we all contribute to maintaining. We like our flat to be a long-term home we are comfortable and happy to live in, and are looking for someone who communicates well and also values creating a positive shared home environment, including contributing to common flat chores :) We are respectful flatmates who each like our own space, but equally enjoy hanging out and chatting in the kitchen, which in our humble opinion, has the best view of Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh ;)
The flat has a shared box room for storage, and we share bills/electricity/council tax (~110/month). Sorry, but our tenancy agreement prevents us from having any pets in the flat..
