Room to rent - close to ERI

I am looking to rent out my spare room for approximately 3-6 months. It is currently furnished with a single bed (that pulls out to a double) and a wardrobe. There is a separate kitchen and living room. You would basically have your own bathroom too as I have an en suite. It's a great location with bus links just outside in to town, the Fort etc. Also only a 5 minute walk to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. There is a private carpark and a bike garage also. I enjoy being outdoors, going out for coffee/food, chilled nights in and going to the gym. I love the flat being homely so I'm looking for someone easy going, clean and respectful. I also have a little rescue cat who is super chill, so you would need to be ok with cats. Happy to arrange a meet up/viewing, so let me know if you're interested 😊
