Short term lease in beautiful new build house

Looking to rent out my spare room in a new build property in Hyvots Bank/Gilmerton for around 6 months. Needs to be right person- would suit professional or mature student (10 minute drive to royal infirmary, 17 mins to vet school, 1 minute to bypass, 25 mins to Princes st). 5-10 minutes drive to the major supermarkets (Asda, Sainsburys, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons). 3 bed (2 bed 1 study) semi detached house with garden. Room is double room with wardrobe, chest of drawers and adjacent bathroom with bath/shower. Kitchen has dishwasher and washing machine. High speed broadband. No couples/families. Must like dogs as I have a young black lab who is here half the week. Please email for further info.
