I'm renting out the spare room in my flat whilst I'm away for the next few months - perfect for somebody looking for a short term house-sit in a quiet, comfortable home all to yourself.
I leave Oct 14th - whilst I'm still here the rent would be £450 (available to move in anytime from now onwards). From Oct onwards the rent would be £800. Internet and council tax included, bills calculated each month from meter readings.
The flat: 2-bedroom (mine and yours - mine would be unavailable whilst I am away) cosy second floor flat in Leith, spacious living room/ kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, internal bathroom with bath/shower and separate toilet. Great bus and tram links into town.
About me: work in nature conservation, love being outdoors, but similarly need a fair amount of chill cosy time in the flat. LGBT+ friendly. Whilst I am here flat will come with a wee rescue dog, so dog lovers a must (he's going to my parents whilst I'm away).
