Fully furnished Double Room for Rent

Hi,
We have a double bedroom for rent in Oxgangs/Firhill area in Edinburgh.
The room is fully furnished. It has a wardrobe, chest of drawer, built in wardrobe. Double bed with memory foam mattress. A bedside table and a desk and chair.
Kitchen and the bathroom are shared.
Very good bus services are near the flat. Bus stop for 16 and 5 its just a short walk from the flat. Others as 4,18,27 aprox two-three minutes far.
Many shops are nearby, such as Scotmid, Aldi within short walking distance. Morrisons and Tesco aprox 10 minutes walk or two three stops with buses.

We are professional couple. We're looking for a Mature person who is quite, tidy and keep the flat clean, as we do it as well.
No couples and pets!
Smoking is allowed outside of the flat.

The price is 650 pounds/month inc all the bills. Plus 650 pound deposit required which is refundable.
