Large Double room with private, luxury en-suite

The large double sized room and luxury private bathroom is part of a family home. However they are the only rooms upstairs and are therefore very self-contained and private. The room has facilities including kettle, fridge, double bed, window desk area, small dining table, wardrobe etc.
I am very friendly and helpful and happy to chat in the shared kitchen/ dining area, but also enjoy my privacy. I have 2 cats who live downstairs. It is situated in the south side of Edinburgh between the royal commonwealth pool and Cameron Toll shopping centre (less than 10 mins walk) and is 1 minute walk to excellent bus service to city centre (takes about 15-20 minutes). There is voi bike parking 2 minutes walk away. The room would suit a quiet professional. My adult child occasionally visits from University.
