Rear twin bedroom now let. Front bedroom available and has nice views of old Edinburgh buildings. We are in Trinity / Leith area of Edinburgh.

Shared front door to first floor doorway which then opens to own private floor after going up a flight of stairs.
Have a female working cocker spaniel. Very friendly.
