Double room for long-term rent in Bonnington, Edinburgh. The flat has a large open plan kitchen/living area, locked bike store, communal garden, Juliet balconies and parking area. The common stairwell is well maintained and is bright and clean.

The flat is well connected with two bus stops within a couple of minutes walk. You can also walk into town in around 20-30 minutes and a short walk to Leith Walk. The development also has access to the Water of Leith Walkway which will take you to Stockbridge and the Shore area of Leith. Lots of nice pubs and coffee shops within a short distance.

The bright and modern double room to rent comes with lots of storage including an ottoman bed. All furniture in the flat was new when I moved in last year. Most of the time you’ll be the only person using the main bathroom since my room has an en-suite.

Live in landlord looking for clean and tidy like minded person. I’m a young professional, usually working from the office in town. In my free time I enjoy watching sport, going for a walk, heading to the pub with friends or playing golf and badminton. I’d be keen for a few pints with my new flatmate but it isn’t a party flat.
