Double room in modern flat available from 1st June.

The room includes a double bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, bedside table, chest of drawers, bookcase, lamp, and in-built wardrobe.

The flat is beautiful, spacious and includes a shared bathroom, shared living room/kitchen, large TV, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, and double-glazing.

The flat is located in a new build with excellent security and private underground parking. It is on the ground floor with a private garden and patio area. The flat is completely off the road and usually the only people walking past are those who live in the adjoining building.

It's a 15-minute bus ride to the city centre and a two-minute walk to Sainsbury's, Aldi and the Co-op. There are lovely parks and the canal nearby.

I own the flat and lived in it for nearly five years before moving out in 2023. I now rent out both bedrooms.

The current tenant has lived in the flat for over a year.

I am looking for someone friendly, tidy, clean and respectful. You will share equal responsibilities with the other flatmate for cleaning, housework, putting out the bins etc.

The room is available from 1 June 2026. You will need to sign a tenant’s agreement, and £500 deposit is required payable with the first rent which is £580. Bills are not included, you will need to set up bills with the other tenant (including energy, internet and council tax).
