Hi! We’ve got a room available in a 2-bedroom flat. It’s a warm, comfortable place and pretty easy to live in.

Flat is available from 29th June, we are looking for someone from that date, long term only.

The flat
You’d be renting the main bedroom (good size, plenty of space). The flat is on the 2nd floor so it stays nice and warm. Big bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a proper bath. There’s also a private parking space at the back of the building.
Couples £75 extra and house bills divided in 3 parts.

Council Tax is Band C.
Internet would be £15 per month extra, is already in the flat. (Virgin)

Around 15 mins walk to Leith Walk
About 10 mins to Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury’s
Roughly 25 mins walk into Princes Street
Close to Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat if you like a walk
Meadowbank Retail Park is nearby too

Good bus links: 4, 5, 15, 19, 26, 34, 45.
