Looking for someone to take over my ensuite room at Mayfield Residences , available from May 18th (start date flexible) to August 29th.( If someone can cover the whole rent time, the price can be lower)
• Ensuite room in a 3-person flat , private bathroom included, the view outside windows is nice and is the side away from the street
• The kitchen has dishwasher and the view outside windows is nice as well
• Rent: £220 per week (bills included)
•. Three is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a television in both my room and kitchen and also three is a free gym downstairs.

• 5-minute walk to King’s Buildings campus
• 10-minute walk to Blackford Hill
• 15 minutes by bus to George Square
• 23 minutes by bus to Princes Street
• Quiet and safe area, perfect for studying or relaxing
• Fully furnished with a comfy bed, desk, wardrobe, and lots of sunlight
