2 rooms available in large New Town Flat!

I have TWO bedrooms available in my flat right where New Town and Stockbridge meet. You'd be living in a back room with a big window or a large front room with window and bench in window (bedroom 1 and 2 on floorplan), and would be sharing a toilet and large kitchen amongst the three of us. The smaller room has its own sink/vanity. We also have access to a big garden for key holders (very friendly neighbors) only on the street. You'd also be living with one Wheaten Terrier named Fergus, who is a sweet boy and non shedding since I am allergic. Overall, I'd love to have a very friendly vibe in the flat, and respect each others space as well. Keeping common kitchen areas tidy is a priority, and we aim to clean up our messes :)

Council tax is about £115/month/person
Utility bills are between £20-£80/month (depending if the heating is on or not)

Room is available from 1st May 2026! Maximum stay is flexible since current occupants are unsure what we will be doing come next year. Please reach out for more information if you're interested!
