Hey, everyone! I'm looking for someone to come rent a double bedroom in me and my friends flat in pleasance.
3 bed, 1 bathroom and toilet flat, recently renovated modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and bathroom.
The rent will be for a month (£790/month including bills) beginning June 2026. Bills Included
The flat is fully furnished, with a large desk in the room if work needs to be done, and there is lots of storage in the bedroom. There will also be a parking permit available.
Most of the other flats in our building are occupied by students. The flat is around the corner from a Tesco, Lidl's and a Sainsburys, and is a 3-minute walk from the Meadows.
The Flat is also located 2 minutes from surgeons hall. 1 minute to the local pub Southside for cheap drinks and a social.
The room has plenty of large windows looking out on to greenery and the Salisbury crags, which are only a few minutes walk away.
Only renting to students.
