About the Rooms:
My previous flatmates are all moving out so 3 bedrooms are available! Bedrooms are all upstairs, with views of Arthur’s Seat and the Castle. Bedrooms are fully furnished, with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room. The flat also has access to a terrace shared by the building, which is perfect for summer bbqs, bonfires and social gatherings!
About the Flat:
Flat is four stories up, so each window has a gorgeous view of Arthur’s Seat and lots of natural light. Majority of the space is hardwood floors.
About Me:
I'm an Edinburgh student going into my final year of Interior Architecture. I enjoy socialising, hosting flat dinners, time outdoors, pub trips, gigs, cinema etc. Looking for like-minded flatmates who enjoy both hanging out and doing their own thing!
A couple of boring bits:
There are bus stops right outside the flat linked to the whole city. Tollcross is an area very close to the centre so all the best amenities are just a quick walk away!
Monthly bills (gas, electric, Wi-Fi etc.) is an additional £34.35 p/m, so you’d be making monthly payments of £684.45.
