Hi there,

I am going to have a double room available from August 1st. You will have an ensuite bathroom and plenty space available

The property itself is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on ground level located just off London Road.

The room is available to rent for the foreseeable future from the date above, following the standard lodger agreement setup by the Scottish government. It will be at £950 then the bills are not much more on top of that.

The property features dishwasher, 1GB Broadband, 75inch smart TV, washer, dryer, brand new white goods equipment, separate living room, dinning room with kitchen attached whilst all being ground level. There is access to a decently sized shared garden. The entire property recently went through a massive renovation whilst still keeping the luxury of a wooden floor that is hard to find in Edinburgh. However, the main door is solely for this property and isn’t shared with any others.

Little bit about me: I am a Cyber Security Engineer working in the City Centre on a mix of in the house and in the office. I tend to mix between 2/3 days a week either side depending on my workload. I enjoy the usual live music venue, going on road trips and I tend to be doing my own thing most weekends so the place is relatively quiet as I don't party much.
