We’re looking for new tenants to take over a spacious two-bedroom flat in the heart of Edinburgh’s Grassmarket, with a beautiful view of Edinburgh Castle.

The total rent is £1,400 per month for the whole flat, plus bills. This works out at £700 per person when shared between two people.

Please note that the rooms are not being rented separately—the tenancy will be a joint lease for the full flat. It would therefore be best to enquire with a friend, as a couple, or after finding someone through SpareRoom’s Buddy Up feature.

Bills are typically around £150–£180 per person per month, depending on the time of year, gas and electricity usage, and any changes to energy rates.

We’re moving out of the flat, so the full property will be available. It would be ideal for two friends moving together or a couple looking for an additional bedroom or home-office space.

The earliest available move-in date is 2 October.
