Double Room in Abbeyhill

Hi!

My name is Ross - I’m a 29 year-old working as an IT Consultant from my flat in Edinburgh.

I have mid-sized double bedroom for rent, with costs being:
£625 for rent
£80 for utilities
£80 for council tax
£22 for internet

The flat is in a great location, with the Meadowbank retail park and Holyrood National Park within a 5 minute walk, with lots of fantastic cafes and local shops to be found on Easter and London road nearby. Edinburgh town centre and train-station is within a 15 minute walk and a 40 minute drive to Edinburgh Airport if you find yourself travelling out of the city often!

In terms of myself, I’m a friendly flatmate who really values getting along with the people I live with. Although I do own the property, I see the flat as a home we both share, so I put focus on making sure the place is clean and comfortable for anyone I share with (and I’m always open to suggestions for improvement as well!) The shared spaces include the living room and kitchen, and I’m very open to friends coming round for dinner/drinks/hanging out.

Finally, I am currently redecorating the flat so the final room paint/layout may differ from the pictures!
