Bright double bedroom near city centre

Hi I’m Shannon!

My flatmate is moving out soon so I’m looking for someone to move in mid November. I work full time and am looking for another professional for council tax purposes.

The flat is a 2-bedroom on the first floor of the building and in a great location, near Leith Walk and Calton Hill, but on a very quiet street. It's a 10-minute walk to the city centre, with a Tesco on the corner, a Sainsbury's 5min away and a Lidl less than 15min away - all by foot. There are also plenty of shops, bookstores, restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. Plus, Omni Centre is 5min away and St. James Quarter less than, 10.

There are a couple of bus stops within a 5min walk for buses 1, 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 19, 34, 45, 49, and a tram stop just as you leave the street to Leith Walk (McDonald Road stop).

The flat has a kitchen, a big living/dining room with a pull-out sofa and a dining table, a hall with a big freezer, a box room for storage, a washing machine and a bright bathroom with a shower and a bath. The flat is entirely furnished.

About the bedroom: double bedroom, wardrobe, two bedside tables, dresser, big storage drawers under the bed, cabinet under the window and a double bed. The desk isn't staying, so there's room to place whatever you like! The bedroom window faces the garden, so it's very quiet and there's direct sunlight coming in the afternoons.

Council tax is band C.

I’m happy to chat and hang out in the flat but am generally quieter/do my own thing. Cleanliness/tidiness are important to me so I’m looking for someone friendly and clean. I’m a vegetarian, but don’t mind what others eat. If you’re interested or have any questions, send me a message :)
