Great location - right next to Holyrood Park, excellent bus links, good local amenities. On street parking available (no permit required).

I have a cat so you'll need to be ok with cats! Happy to consider pets, as long as they get on with Tommy :) (I also may ask for a slightly higher deposit)

I work from home on average twice a week. Home office space can be used on days I'm not using it.

It'd be nice to have a house mate to occasionally watch a film with or wind down and have a drink with in the evening, whilst also appreciating we have our own lives. I'm clean and tidy, but not obsessively so. I'm pretty chilled out, friendly, and respectful of other people's space and privacy.

I'm a vegetarian, but have shared with meat eaters in the past, that doesn't bother me at all, but thought I'd mention it incase you're looking to share with a veggie :)

Please note that I don't have a bath tub, only a shower, so its probably not for you if you like having baths.
