Would suit someone who only needs a room occasionally but regularly on a part time basis. E. g 1 week on 1 week off; or 2 weeks a month; (can include weekends depending on the arrangement).
Ideally looking for someone 15 days of the month who won’t leave a lot of belongings when not staying.
The £650 (inc bills) per month rent is based staying approx 15 nights a month.
To be negotiated pro-rata on this basis.

I live in the flat most of the time but sometimes travel so would be away a couple of days / a week at a time. When I am at home I usually work from home.

I’m looking for someone who is nice, quiet, clean and tidy. The right person is more important to me than charging a high rent.

The room would not suit someone looking for a full-time rental / someone who works from home.
