The house is a 4 storey detached house on a very quiet residential road in the leafy green heart of the Grange, in the south of Edinburgh. As well as the double room with ensuite, there are the shared facilities in the house; a ground floor kitchen / diner which opens onto the private south facing garden, a laundry and utility room, 1st floor, large living room with long balcony overlooking the garden. Landlord lives on 2nd and 3rd floors of the house. Council Tax band G. Off street parking is also available.
