Kitchen is a decent setup, living area is airy and comfy and the toilet/shower room are actually really nice and modern which is always a big bonus!
Your room would currently come with a bed, wardrobe and a small chest of drawers.
The bed does have another pull out single underneath if friends were staying over.
I'm at Heriot-Watt, enjoy getting out for a variety of exercise, doing some hobbies etc. Nothing too eccentric!

Also there's a dishwasher, I didn't have that in my last flat so I don't know about you but that is very exciting news to me.
