Small, cosy flat in the Hillside/Easter Road area, around a 10–15 minute walk from the city centre. The area is full of lovely cafés, local shops, and great spots to eat, with the Royal Mile within walking distance. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the New Town, Leith, and even Portobello.

Looking for a flatmate. No preferences regarding gender, background, or anything like that — just someone decent, respectful, clean, and tidy.

You’ll be sharing with me, a PhD student in the final year of my studies. Preference will be given to students due to council tax considerations, although I’d be willing to share the council tax costs with the right candidate.
