Hi, I have a room for rent in my flat for just off Gorgie road near Saughton Gardens. The room is £625 per month excluding bills (gas and electric will roughly cost £40-50 p/m) and Internet (currently £15). Council tax is band C. Shared kitchen/dining room, bathroom, as well as the private and shared garden.

There's an Aldi and Sainsburys nearby, 24/7 gym and plenty of good takeaways. There is also access to the water of leith nearby and a lovely park and walled garden.

Plenty of bus links nearby in and out of town, permitted parking on the street. Ideal for students at Heriot Watt or Napier as well as professionals.

Looking for someone neat and tidy, happy if you are sociable or quiet. I have no preference for students or professionals.
