I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my lovely flat near Harrison Park and the Union Canal. The room is occupied at the moment and the current flatmate is leaving at the end of September. I’m looking for someone who is preferably vegetarian or vegan.

The kitchen is vegetarian.
The flat is quiet, well maintained, and has been my home for seven years. I value silence, cleanliness, tidiness and mutual respect.
The area is peaceful and residential, ideal for walking and cycling along the canal.
There are excellent transport links with several nearby bus stops.

About you:
- Female, ideally vegetarian or vegan.
- A professional (for council tax purposes)
- Ideally someone who goes out to work regularly and working during the day
- No couples
- No pets

Council Tax (Band E): £140 per month
Bills (gas, electricity, internet): approximately £50 per month
