Room with Four Poster Bed.,Shore

Georgian flat very near tram stop the shore, room with four poster bed.
I've been living in this flat for over 25 years and looking for someone to share the flat bills and expenses.
The flat is bendy council tax so the bills and council tax are quite expensive council tax £95pcm each
electicty gas aprox £60 pcm
shair of internet /phone £20
total aprox £175

shair of rent and bills = £595 each

I am an artist a and have a keen interest in antiques I lived for several years in Germany and speak fluent German.
The site is quite old and rustic however unusually quaint the bathroom is a little bit old fashioned and it just has a handheld mixer tap shower.
Is a very beautiful flat , most important thing is we get on together, sorry no couples as that just makes the flat dynamic very difficult.
