We’re looking for a friendly new flatmate to join our 3-bedroom flat. Rent is about £800 with bills and council tax not included.

About the flat:
- Centrally located, with excellent transport links from Usher Hall nearby.
- Furnished throughout with a washing machine and dishwasher, and full size fridge.
- We have shared kitchen storage and supplies (but space to store if you want to bring your own) and a pantry.
- Shared storage closet for big suitcases and bits and bobs.
- Access to a lovely shared back garden.
- First floor flat with no lift access.
- Nice parks and coffee shops nearby with a farmer's market at the end of the street over the weekend.
- Council Tax Band D.

The room:
- A cosy double room with high ceilings.
- Comes with a desk, double bed with under-bed storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table.
- Shared cupboard for larger item storage like suitcases, camping gear, etc.
- Shared bathroom with one other person.

About us:
You'll be living with two friends that met at the University of Edinburgh. One is still working on her PhD and the other works in marine consulting. We’re easy-going, tidy, and like going on cycling or hiking adventures over the weekend. We also love a cosy board games or movie night throughout the week. Looking for someone fun and chill to join the flat.
