Beautiful Flat on the Meadows

Right on the edge of the Meadows - one of Edinburgh's best green spaces and a hop, skip and a jump from the Old Town, and the city centre. You can be at the Royal Mile in about 15 minutes on foot.

Student wise, it is an easy walk across the Meadows to the main campus, and right on the bus line to the King's campus.

The Flat:

The flat is a classic Edinburgh tenement at EH9. It is a lovely place to stay: bright, nicely furnished, and full of character (including the obligatory creaky floorboards). It is not a modern luxury apartment, it is very nice home, comfortable, well-kept, and in a brill location.

What you get:

Bedroom with single bed (previously had a twin size in it), wardrobe, desk and study chair ... a space you can make your own. You will have full use of the flat which has a good-sized living room, an open-plan kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave), a bathroom and separate toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dryer/washing machine. There is also a pantry and extra storage.

About me:

Final year mechanical engineering student, and I am probably bit of a nerd. I spend most of my time studying and meeting deadlines. I am quiet and respectful of people space. Not a big party-goer but I do enjoy a chat over beer or glass of wine, and the occasional dinner party at the flat. I like bouldering and climbing, and it's possible I might try to rope you into joining me at one of the city's climbing gyms.

Who I am looking for:

A student for the academic year, who is chill and will treat the flat as their home, and is clean(ish).
