WHOLE FLAT AVAILABLE — JULY & AUGUST 2026

£650 per week or £2,200 per month

I am heading off travelling for most of the summer and my flat is available for the whole of July and August...which is perfect timing for the Festival Fringe and everything else Edinburgh has on over the summer.

The location:

Right on the edge of the Meadows which one of Edinburgh's best green spaces and a hop, skip and a jump from the Fringe venues, the Old Town, and the city centre. You can be at the Royal Mile in about 15 minutes on foot. So for the Festival, it is genuinely hard to beat.

The Flat:

The flat is a classic Edinburgh tenement on the edge of the Meadows, EH9. It is a genuinely lovely place to stay: bright, well-furnished, and full of character (including the obligatory creaky floorboards). It is not a luxury apartment, but it is comfortable, well-kept, and in a brilliant location.

What you get:

The master bedroom is available, which has two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double if you prefer. You will have full use of the whole flat which has a good-sized living room, an open-plan kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave), a separate bathroom and toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. There is also a pantry and extra storage.

My things are stored in the smaller bedroom, which will be locked off, so dear lodger, the rest of the flat is entirely yours.

Who I am looking for:

Anyone who will treat the flat well and enjoy Edinburgh properly. Festival performers, visitors, or anyone needing a comfortable base for the summer months. I am not around much, so you will largely have the place to yourself.
