Our warm and welcoming flat is in the central Edinburgh suburb of Hillside. Very close to Waverley train station and the central bus station and to the airport tram and bus connections.

There are many local attractions and amenities such as cafes, restaurants, shops, theatres and the cinema. Calton Hill and Arthurs Seat/Holyrood Park are just minutes away as is the culture and unique shops and restaurants of Leith Walk and Easter Rd.

We have a double upper flat, a traditional Edinburgh tenement. You will have use of all rooms on the ground floor including your spacious bedroom, private bathroom with bath and shower and kitchen. Also the spacious and light filled living room.

You will be sharing with myself and my partner and our cute/small well-behaved cat and dog. This is a very quiet flat where we like to share some time and camaraderie with our flat mates but also resepct having time to ourselves.
