Hello,

I have a double room available from now until the foreseeable, the property is located a short walk from Portobello beach and Arthur Seat. It has direct bus links to the City Centre & the rest of the city. It has numerous gyms, running routes and shops within a short distance.

The room itself has a double bed, large built in wardrobe so there is plenty of storage. the total cost of the room which includes all bills (council tax + energy + broadband) is £1000 per month. For short term stays during the festival message for more details.

Facilities include a walk in shower, spacious living room with a smart TV. There is allocated parking included with the property and plenty of visitor spaces available.

Little bit about me:

I have a very active lifestyle I am out from early morning to late evening during the week, at the weekend I am usually of doing my own thing such as, running, gym, hiking and keeping myself active in general.

I am ideally looking for someone long-term however I am open to shorter stays. If this sounds like a good fit for you then please reach out.
