1 room available in a flat

Hello! I am renting this room for 1 month, from Dec 2025 to Jan 2026. Ideally around 21st Dec - 25th Jan, but open to rearrange. The room is also open for long-term stay after that.

This room is furnished (including bedding and duvet), part of a 2 bedroom flat, with shared hall, kitchen, and a bathroom. You will be living with my flat mate. Facilities included: microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge, and oven + stove set.

Deposit is £100 and the rent is for £600 (excluding the bills and council tax) for January. Ideally the gas is around £40 per month (split with flatmate, so around £20/per person), electricity £30pm (also split), council tax around £55 per person, and unlimited wi-fi £12 per person.

The place is EH4, near 2 bus stops (~3 mins away), including services from 14, 16, 27, and 37. Lidl is ~7mins away by bus, Greggs is ~12mins by walk. There is also a few shopping centers nearby.
