A furnished double room is available in my flat, as my previous flatmate has recently moved out. I’m looking for someone to take over the room and place on the lease, ideally on a long-term basis.
The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table.
This is an agency-managed Scottish Private Residential Tenancy (no fixed end date). The official lease and rent would start from 5 April.
An earlier move-in may be possible by arrangement, with rent charged pro-rata until the lease begins.
Rent is £575 per month. Including bills (council tax, electricity and WiFi), the total comes to approximately £718 per month per person.
The flat is located in EH4, next to the Shell garage, with excellent bus connections into the city centre, including a night bus.
About me:
I work from home during the week (Monday–Friday) and value a clean, calm, and respectful living environment. In my free time I enjoy going to concerts, crafting (crochet and sewing), cooking, and relaxing at home. I’m friendly and sociable but also appreciate a quiet, comfortable flat.
I’m ideally looking for someone who is hoping to settle somewhere long-term and is looking for a stable home rather than a short-term arrangement.
