I’m looking for someone to take a bedroom in a cozy, fully furnished 2-bedroom flat in the EH12 area. You’ll be sharing the apartment with just one more person, so it’s a calm and comfortable place to live.
The agency only allows two people in total, so the room is for one individual only.
It’s also not the best option for students, since council tax (band B) applies. if you are willing to share council tax then welcome.
The rent comes to around £450 per month.
