Room Available in our flat located at Hermand Crescent EH11 1LP, Edinburgh with flexible end date. The location is close to the city centre with great access to buses/trams. My girlfriend and I (26 and 28) are both working professionals.
The room you’d be taking has a king bed and is spacious with lots of storage(wardrobe + a built in wardrobe). It is well lit by the sky window which has an electric blackout blind. The room also has a Smart TV. Also comes with a work-desk/chair.
Importantly the bathroom downstairs would predominantly be yours as we have one upstairs. The flat also benefits from a large balcony which is great in the warmer months.
Rent is £825pm + bills and council tax(quite an expensive band due to size/nature of flat)
