Double room in a friendly flat – EH7

Hello! I’m currently looking for a flatmate to share a two-bedroom apartment with me as my current flatmate is moving out.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for living, including a washing machine. It’s conveniently located near the city centre, just a 10-15 minute bus ride or a 25-minute walk away. Nearby is a large shopping centre with Sainsbury’s and Lidl, making it super convenient. Arthur’s Seat is also only a 10-minute walk away, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature.

The rent is £30 for summer and £75 for winter, covering gas and electricity. I’m looking for a student to help with council tax.

About me: I’m friendly and open to chatting, but I also value my personal space. I don’t go out much or throw parties, and I don’t smoke or drink often. I prefer to spend most of my time studying.

About you: I’m looking for a female student to help me avoid paying council tax. I’m looking for someone friendly and socially active who appreciates their own and my personal space. I also need someone clean and willing to share a cleaning routine to keep the flat tidy.
