Spacious furnished double room available in a friendly flat in Dalry, very close to Haymarket and the city centre.

The room is bigger than a standard double and has a long layout, so there is plenty of space to actually live in it comfortably. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers, bedside table and storage space, so it would suit someone who wants a proper bedroom with room to study or work from home.

The flat has a shared bathroom with bath and shower, a good sized kitchen with plenty of worktop space, and a shared living and dining area. The flat is relaxed and practical, not a party flat, so I am looking for someone clean, respectful and easy to live with.

The location is really convenient. Haymarket, Dalry, Fountainbridge and the West End are all nearby, with great bus, tram and train links. There are supermarkets, cafés, gyms and local shops close by, and it is easy to get into town, to college, or across Edinburgh.

I am ideally looking for someone who needs a room for June and July, although there may be some flexibility depending on the situation. The main thing is finding someone reliable, tidy and considerate who wants a calm place to live.

The room is furnished and ready to move into. Rent is £800 per month due to the size, house amenities and location.
