Nice quiet double room with lots of storage

Room now available in top floor in professional home. The room has its own staircase, lockable door and storage space in attic eaves. 2 velux windows make it a nice space, with full blinds too. New small double bed and mattress also.
My wife is Japanese and I am Scottish and together we run a busy company. We both love Asia, the food and culture and welcome Asian students. We’re on the south side of Edinburgh 15 min by bus to the centre, and the Kings Buildings campus a 10 minute walk away. My wife says she would prefer sharing with a female.
High speed internet, all bills included.
Room has its own toilet and shower but not on same floor. Car parking available, free onstreet.
We also have 2 lovely cats, one is older and a real gentleman, the other is a pedigree kitten who is playful and adorable. We like taking breaks away and would like it if the guest can feed the cats when were away.
