Bright double room in Leith

Welcome to my space. This is a calm and bright enviroment with good vibes.
It's on the 3rd floor in a tenement with a lift. It's decorated at a highly standard and is very bright as the sun showers the flat all day long. It includes a fitted wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and an open plan kitchen-living room. It benefits from storage cupboard, a bike shed and a parking permit. The location couldn't be better. Situated in central Leith, you'll be surrounded by fantastic cafés, restaurants, shops, and local amenities. The tram stop is just 100 metres away, making it easy to get around the city.

About me: I'm full time worker, working in education. I keep the flat clean and this is important for me. I'm sociable but also need my own space. I'm creative person, doing a lot of writing, music and photography.
It's important to consider, this is a sublet for a couple of months. Ideal for international students or new people in Edinburgh.

I may also be away for up to 5 weeks(July to August) during the sublet period, which means you'll have the flat entirely to yourself for that time. It's a great bonus, but I'd appreciate someone who will treat the place with care and respect while I'm away.

P. S. You must love dogs, as occasionaly host a small cute dog, when my friend is away :)
