Short term large room available until April 5th

Large Double Room Available – Short Term Let (Feb 10th–Apr 5th)

We have a bright, spacious double room available in our relaxed, friendly flat from today (10th Feb) until 5th April on a short-term basis.

The room has recently been refurbished with a new carpet etc. and comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, monitor, large set of drawers, and a wardrobe, making it ideal for someone working or studying.

You’ll be sharing with myself and my girlfriend. I work from home and my girlfriend is in the office during the day. We’re both easygoing and respectful, looking for someone similar.

Great transport links:

- 2-minute walk to the bus stop with the 22 bus reaching Edinburgh city centre in 10–15 minutes
- 10-minute walk to Balgreen tram stop

All bills are included in the rent (WiFi, council tax, heating, etc.), so there are no extra costs.
